Prasai says "that if our demands are not met by bringing an election agenda, we will go on a nationwide movement. Prasai alleges that this government is in the blood of Gen Z, but that all other forces are running it."

He has alleged that Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Mayor Balen Shah and Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane and Kulman Ghising were groomed and trained by foreign powers.

Speaking at a program titled “National Resolve: Prithvipath” held in Kathmandu on Sunday, Prasai claimed that the so-called “new political faces” were selected and trained by the American Youth Council and the British Council before being sent into Nepal’s political arena.

He alleged that individuals who were articulate, presentable, and charismatic were handpicked and trained, with Balen Shah being the first “test case.” According to Prasai, after Balen’s success, Lamichhane was pushed forward in the parliamentary elections.

Durga Prasai further claimed that the current political landscape was built on the foundation of the Bibeksheel Sajha Party and was driven by a broader foreign design.

He also alleged that efforts to dismantle Nepal’s Hindu state and monarchy began way earlier than restoration of democracy in the country in 1951. He warned that now, no matter what, they would bring back the Hindu state and monarchy.

He said that major turning points of Nepali politics including the death of King Mahendra in 1972, the 1680 referendum, the 1990 movement, and the Maoist insurgency, culminating in the 2015 Constitution, was in line to end Hindu state from Nepal.

According to Durga Prasain, the inclusion of secularism, republicanism, and federalism in the 2015 Constitution was part of a deliberate plan to abolish the monarchy and Nepal’s Hindu identity. He claimed King Mahendra had temporarily stalled this agenda, but said the “mission” was now being completed.

Saying he is frequently warned that speaking out could cost him his life, Prasai said he does not fear death. “Death can be accepted gladly, but one cannot remain a silent witness to a plot to destroy the nation,” he said.

He concluded by alleging that foreign powers are now “launching” new political actors after the old parties and leaders have served their purpose, warning that the country has reached the stage of a final struggle to safeguard Nepal.

Durga Prasai held talks with the Prime Minister

Pro-monarch activist and medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has begun formal negotiations with Interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki at Singha Durbar amid escalating political tensions nationwide. The discussion focuses on key points from the 27-point demand charter Prasai submitted to the government, covering issues related to nationalism, governance reforms, religious freedom, and public security.

Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal is also participating in the meeting, while Prasai has entered the talks with a delegation of 19 representatives. During the meeting, Prasai expressed dissatisfaction with the government, saying it has failed to implement earlier commitments made in response to demands his group has been voicing since November 22. He also warned that if this was not implemented now, they would launch an agitation.

His charter calls for sweeping changes, including scrapping the current constitution and drafting a new one, replacing the presidency with a directly elected executive head, reinstating the monarchy, restoring Nepal as a Hindu state, protecting national sovereignty from foreign influence and ensuring stronger public security and civil liberties.
